Internship

The Aggreko SelecTech internship allows students to apply, in a real world setting, what they have learned during the previous classroom/lab sessions. In addition, students become familiar with the Aggreko environment, its organizational structure, and the competencies that are expected of a professional service technician.

In addition, the internships allow the student to return home every 8 weeks to work at a local Aggreko Service Center for a competitive wage ($12.00 to $18.00/hr). Income earned during these internships will be sufficient to pay for tuition and expenses for the next semester of classes.

Student Qualifications

Prospective students must:

1. Be 18 or older by the time of the first internship.
2. Be a High School Graduate, or equivalent.
3. Meet OSU Institute of Technology admission and academic requirements.
4. Be sponsored by Aggreko.
5. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
6. Meet the employment requirements for Aggreko.
7. Be sincere about becoming the best service technician he/she can be.
