The EDTC offers support to small and mid-sized manufacturing enterprises in obtaining both commercial and government contracts.

Typical types of assistance include:

• prototyping
• reverse engineering
• business planning
• patent assistance
• market research
• interpretation of drawings and specifications
• quoting contracts
• other technical modernization assistance

The EDTC also administers a capabilities matrix that allows matching of manufacturer capabilities to potential contracting sources and technical data packages for which they are eligible to submit a bid.

This assistance is made possible through partnering for funding and resources through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma Alliance for Manufacturing Excellence.
