EDTC has a long history of working with employers to develop customized training solutions for the incumbent workforce and new hires. These programs can be geared toward basic entry-level skill sets to advanced training for experienced personnel in a variety of disciplines from the production workers to office personnel to managers at all levels.
The training can be designed as credit, non-credit, certificate, or short-term intensive courses of study and is fully customizable based on your organization’s need. EDTC personnel can assist in the entire process from need assessment to program execution.
