Internal Auditing

A two-day course focusing on the ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 17025, ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 14001 Standards (specific course outlines are available for each course) and the ISO 19011 Auditing Guidelines to develop auditing skills. Emphasis is placed on auditing processes and the clauses found in the Standards. The theory of auditing is applied to practical auditing system exercises in a workshop format. All persons responsible for preparing and conducting internal or supplier audits (manufacturing or service organizations) should attend this course. (A course option is to perform an in-plant audit on the second day.)

Our experienced trainer/auditor will provide participants insight into management system good practices and "pitfalls." Audit practice exercises are used to maximize learning.

Class size is limited to 20.

"ASQ Certification: ASQ Certified Quality Engineers, Reliability Engineers, and Quality auditors may earn re-certification credit(s) for attending this program providing it is covered under one area of the body of knowledge in which you are seeking re-certification or is job enhancement." OSU-O will provide a certificate for 2.0 ASQ re-certification units.
