ISO 9000 Lead Auditor

An intensive course including training in lead auditor techniques, methodology, practices, and skills. It was designed and developed by a team who created and managed an accredited registrar. Team members who created this course are lead auditors with experience managing lead auditors, and they have a complete knowledge of the essential skills needed by lead auditors. RAB-QSA has established the Training Provider Examination Certification Scheme (TPECS), and this course is structured in accordance with TPECS.
The course contains a solid body of quality management systems (QMS) auditing knowledge, accumulated from seven years of audits by the authors. Highlights of the course are:
- "Hands-on" training exercises
- Study of Quality Management Systems, as required by ISO 9001
- ISO 9001 requirements and intent
- QMS audit process
- Evaluating system effectiveness
- Evaluation of Conformance
- Audit reporting
- Simulated audit or live audit (on-site if available)

ISO 9000 Auditors, ISO 9000 Implementers, Quality Managers, Management Representatives, Inspectors and Quality Control Managers would gain valuable information and credentials.

THERE IS NO EXAM; participants are evaluated based on their achievement. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate recognized by the RAB and IRCA. This course is owned and presented by Pillar Management Associates with course arrangements by AETS and OSUIT.
