EDTC provides assistance for organizations needing a documented quality management system (QMS). Organizations interested in implementing ISO 9000, AS 9100, ISO 17025 or ISO/TS 16949 based QMS can benefit from EDTCís experience with establishing quality programs for organizations throughout Oklahoma.
OSU Institute of Technology (OSUIT) organizes QMS development assistance into 5 steps. Step 1 is to develop a strategic plan describing what will be achieved, who will be involved and when it will be completed. Step 2 is writing the quality manual. Step 3, Quality Management System Development Assistance, includes assistance with implementing the strategic plan and ìhowî the QMS can be structured. This program includes all levels of assistance, e.g. coaching, in-depth operational implementation or email guidance. EDTCís professional assistance ranges from only providing ideas about ìhowî to achieve conformance to actually writing/implementing the QMS.
