Root Cause Analysis

A workshop structured course that provides instruction for individuals performing corrective action, continual improvement and other quality management system tasks. Practical exercises are included to ensure learning is achieved. Topics included in this 6.5 hour course are:

• ISO 9001 Measurement, Analysis and Improvement

• Types of Control Charts
• Individual and Moving Range
• XBar-R and X-Bar Sigma
• Capability

"ASQ Certification: ASQ Certified Quality Engineers, Reliability Engineers and Quality Auditors may earn re-certification credit(s) for attending this program providing it is covered under one area of the body of knowledge in which you are seeking re-certification or is job enhancement." OSU-O will provide a certificate for .75 re-certification units.
