A workshop designed to enable participants to understand “why and how” to develop teams and how to make team decisions. The eight requirements of an optimum decision are addressed as a team task. This workshop is specific to Business and Industry and may be adjusted to meet the specific needs of the client.
Instructional Procedures: This workshop consists of approximately 4 hours of instruction with maximum emphasis on participant interaction.
