  • I hope that you meant Faculty AND Staff in this question. Beyond raises, a free meal in the State Room or a free item from the Bookstore would be good incentives.

  • I am not real sure, but possibly recognition or praise of individuals through the Presidents Memo (which does not come out very often), the OSU Institute of Technology Today, or E-Notes. Public recognition not only gives individuals credit and motivation, but it also.
