The OSU-Okmulgee website staff is pleased to offer webhosting for Student Clubs and Organizations. In an effort to maintain a consistent look, quality, and navigation we have created this guidelines page to help bring your club to the web.

All Student Club and Organization websites must have the following items:

• Current Officer Listing with email/contact information (photos optional)
• Mission/Purpose Statement
• Constitution and By-laws
• Activities/Events/Accomplishments
• Instructions on how to become a member
• Meeting schedule (meeting minutes optional)

To maintain a consistent look and quality we ask that you use our web templates for the creation of your webpage. These pages can be customized to make use of your clubs logo and colors. If you want a more customized web presence you can contact the webmaster to have your page created in house by a development team. Or if your club has a few knowledgeable people that wish to undertake the project they may do so with the guidance of the webmaster.

We require that each page has a footer that includes links back to the OSU-Okmulgee main campus site, the OSU-Okmulgee student life club listing, and a link to a club national sponsor if applicable.
