Official Transcript Request

Transcripts are free to all current and former students of Oklahoma State University.

You may choose from the following options to order an official transcript:

1. Current students may log into Web 4 Students and select Student Records - Official Academic Transcript Request.
2. Mail or fax a signed Request for Official Transcript  to our office:

3. Visit the Office of the Registrar at Suite 118, Grady Clack Center on the OSUIT Okmulgee campus (bring a photo ID).

Please note the following policies regarding transcript orders at OSUIT:

• The student's signature is REQUIRED to process a transcript request; therefore, e-mail and telephone requests will not be accepted.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing online, fax and mail requests, plus the applicable transit time via the US Postal Service. During peak periods of high transcript request volume (in the weeks following each semester), allow additional processing time.
• Expedited shipping is available for $20.00 via UPS for U.S. addresses (except P.O. boxes). Please contact the OSU Bursar's Office at (918) 293-4681 to make payment arrangements. Please indicate in "other instructions" that you have purchased UPS shipping.
• Our policy prohibits the distribution of transcripts via fax or e-mail
• Current students may print an unofficial copy of their transcript by logging into Web 4 Students. Current students may also use Web 4 Students to request an official transcript.
• Certain holds on your account (Bursar, Financial Aid, etc.) placed by other areas of the University will prevent us from being able to fulfill your transcript request. Please ensure that your accounts are clear and all holds have been lifted.
