Room and Board Rates - Fall 2010
All students who live in Single Student Housing are required to select one board plan with their room plan. There is also a Room Deposit of $150 for single/non-traditional housing or $500.00 for family housing which is required for all NEW students. Current residents do not have to pay an additional deposit. Full semester contract is for 16 weeks, whereas intern is 8 weeks.
University housing space is limited and assignment is based on 'first come, first served'. Room/Board Rates are subject to change upon approval by the Board of Regents.

| Declining Balance | $500 |
Declining Balance meal plan is a $500 ($300 intern rate) cash value, which must be used in full before the end of the semester. All meal plans honored 7 days a week. Meal service and/or housing may not be available during university breaks or holidays or when classes are not in session.

How to arrange space in University Housing
- Contact the Residential Life Office to complete a Housing Contract.
- Housing Deposit: Single/Non-Traditional - $150.00, Family $500.00 (Refundable if all terms of the contract are met)
- Student accounts must be paid in full to enroll in subsequent semesters. Students may set up a payment plan; however, a late payment penalty of 1% will be assessed monthly on unpaid balances. Housing payments and deposits may be made at the Bursar's Office. (Proof of sufficient financial assistance may be required).
NOTE: Students who will be enrolling in an internship program must notify the Residential Life Office in order to receive the internship rates.
