Media Tour of OSUIT’s Downtown Student Housing Project

Rick Wells from KOTV’s News Channel 6 and Cailey Dougherty from FOX 23 in Tulsa visited with OSU Institute of Technology President Bill R. Path Wednesday and toured the Grand Old Post Office currently under construction in downtown Okmulgee for a news story about the renovation project that will turn the historic two-building complex into loft-style student housing by 2018.

The project will provide housing for students at OSUIT. The flag atop the old post office building gives you a little hint as to what’s happening at the corner of 5th street and Grand Avenue in Okmulgee.
