With a background as a workforce advancement specialist and over 12 years of dedicated service at OSUIT, Dinsmore-Hearn brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of fostering sustainable industry growth through technical trades and skilled professional empowerment.

Chris Benge, Vice President of Operations at OSUIT, expressed confidence in Dinsmore-Hearn's ability to lead the institution's workforce development initiatives.
